This trip was a disaster. The tour guide was reckless. His driving is dangerous and he put us in harms way many times during the drive. He only gave information to 1-2 people closest to him and didn't care about the rest of the folks on the tour and it was a small tour!!. He gave wrong information about how to get back to the van. There was no tour of city. He just took us to a market square and we walked over the Charles Bridge. After that, we got lost due to poor directions from him, asked locals for direction and somehow made it back to the van. I would not recommend this trip. I got more information on Prague afterwards online since I had no idea what where he took us and what some of the structures were.

This is was the worst tour of all. We did more than 10 tours with Viator and all good except this one. We got a mini van and cramped inside. My husband had to sit next to a stranger and developed back pain and sore neck due to sitting very uncomfortably. Guide was not very impressive either.

Disaster from start to finish. Guide provided no information on Prague. The cafes we were taken to for rest stops were ridiculous. Should have Ben informed that Prague did not use euro.

The old city was nice and Robert was very helpful but at the end of the day you end up with an unsatisfactory feeling of an incomplete day trip. It is not structured well as other day trips i participated at from different companies and of the same length Salzburg, Hallstadt, Budapest etc. There were no structured stops for coffee/toilet/rest which made the two 3.5 hour trips with a minivan extremely tiring and endless. The guided tour was very short and then we had a lot of free time to wonder around. Totally not worth the money paid as we only visited the old city center and nothing else. We didn't really see Prague. Other day trips of same length and cost include visits to additional places like libraries, abbeys etc included in the high price that break the long drive. I would suggest to minimize the free time and include more attractions in the visit to make it good value for money. Would definitely never participate in a day trip provided by this specific company again.

Such a long day - as Prague is a 3.5 to 4 hr drive from Vienna. That said, our guide and driver, Balacz was brilliant in both his roles as driver and guide. The view from the presidential palace was beautiful, and we were lucky enough to see the changing of the guard. The famous Charles Bridge was packed with tourists other than us and, so, was very difficult to appreciate - it really is similar to a lot of other European bridges. Our walk through town was spoilt by heavy rain, but that is no-one's fault. If you are not staying in Prague, I do not think it worth the effort to do a day trip from Vienna.

The tour guide was really friendly and informative. Its a packed tour but you get time to see the old town well. Charles Bridge is a rush and I was a bit sad there was no time to visit Infant of Prague church. The only thing I would change is the transportation mini bus, its just awfully uncomfortable especially if you are in the middle seat in the front next to the guide. That seat is not meant for passengers as there is no leg space.

Amazing tour but takes 4 hours there and 4 hours back while you have less than 3 hours to eat and explore Old City. Thankfully, tour guide Joseph was extra helpful and told us in advance where not to waste time so we managed to take maximum of it

Markus, our tour guide, was great! He did the tour in English and Spanish. Very knowledgeable and fun. The only drawback is traveling 8 hours round trip in a relatively cramped van. But it was very nice to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. You really only get to spend a few hours in Prague, much of which is taken up if you decide to eat lunch at a restaurant. Overall, its a great way to see somewhere you might not be able to get to on your own.

Prague is beautiful! Our tour guide was great and accommodating. Glad I came and joined this tour. The 3.5 hr one way ride was comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend to give this a try and maybe next time, I'll stay overnight to cover more areas in Prague

The tour guide Peter was awesome, he did a great job and was very informative. It was disappointing that many sites were under renovation. Prague is amazing, I would definitely recommend visiting.

Beautiful city, best tour of my trip. Robert was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the history of Prague and surrounding region. Our guided tour started at Prague Castle, across the Charles Bridge, through Old Town Square, and ended at Wenceslas Square. We had a good amount of free time for shopping and exploring before driving back. The trip is about 3 hours one way to Prague but well worth it!

I booked a bus tour on this one but since there were only 7 of us we ended up with a very comfortable mini van. Our tour guide was a very safe driver and very knowledgeable. Prague is a very beautiful city and we enjoyed our time in Prague. We will definitely go back because one day was not enough. The drive to Prague and back was not long at all considering that we went on a Saturday less traffic. I recommend this tour.

The tour itself - and our driver Belazs - was great! He was very informative and gave us great history and information to and from Prague - even with an unexpected detour he had to manage. The van wasn't as luxury as some of the other tours. Though it wasn't bad, the A/C didn't reach the second of seats well, and one of our fellow passengers ended up with motion sickness due to this. Belazs however, did a great job helping her, and we all ended up having a great time!

We had a beautiful day in Prague. Our driver, Peter was the best. He spoke perfect English and had a great sense of humor. Our group was small, only 7 total, which made this very enjoyable. Pickup and drop off could not have been easier. Love booking with Viator!

We took the day trip on 1/16. we had a good time. Even though there was heavy traffic due to snow on the highway, our tour guider Ruie? sorry didn't write down his name was very familiar with the roads and was able to drove us through alternative ways arriving in Prague. We lost one hour and half due to the traffic, but still had a full 2 hours sun exposure in Prague which was awesome. Ruie speaks Austrian, English and Spanish, and is very professional.

I thoroughly enjoyed this tour! The pick up was on time. The driver was knowledgeable and pleasant and knew how to keep the group engaged. The mini bus ride was smoothe. We had just enough of a break when we got to Prague to able to walk around on our own and I appreciated that!

Mr. Ray and Jesus were great guide and company, very humble, eager to make sure you are comfortable, enjoying the trip. Very knowledgeable, gave good insight too Austrian History Checz history. Great tour. PLS Change Currency to EURO or Checz Korona Outside Old Town Square. There is a Money Change Place Whose Rates are very poor and they cheat people. I had to mentions this b/c it happened to me. Anywhere in the town you will get better price from USD to Checz Korona or EURO to Checz Korona. Otherwise this tour was great....!!!!!!

After a prompt pickup from my hotel and rendezvous with the others in our small party of 6, Andi drove us to Prague safely while providing commentary about the countryside and history. Since this involved going from a "Western" to a former Communist country, this was especially interesting, and a pleasure to drive easily past the former checkpoints.Prague itself is a clean, small, walkable city. Andi gave us an informative overview before letting us continue to explore on our own. We were able to see the main tourist sights and then go back to what we wanted to explore further. The food was good. Using care, souvenirs were worth buying.Of course, I could not "see" everything I wanted in one day, so I do plan a future return.

Family of 4... Mom, dad, me, and my husband. Staying in Vienna with the plans of a day trip to Prague. I had booked this tour approx 6mos ago, so we could get the date we wanted. We had asked for hotel pick up accommodations and because our hotel area was under construction, the tour company was very nice about calling the night before and making alternative arrangements for our pick up. We were the second pick up of the morning, but promptly left Vienna by 8:15-8:30. Our tour guide was named Andrea, but we called him Andy for short. He was a very informative guide. Prague is a very beautiful city with a lot of history. I do wish we had a little more time to explore it on our own. There's just so much to see there and after the guided part of the tour with Andy, (which is about an hour)..we had about 2.5 hours on own. The drive to and from Vienna is approx 4 hours each way. Which is why the time in Prague is short. Overall, the tour was good. It was a hot and humid day, so for that day in particular, 2.5 hours was just about right. But there's definitely more to see if you have the time. Only suggestion I have...is please make sure the AC vents work in the back of the vans. It got uncomfortable with no air flowing back there during the drive. Thanks Andy.Doug, Rose. Scott and MelissaTip: Wear comfortable shoes... there's lots of walking.

This tour was amazing. Lots of things to see in Prague and even more. Our Driver and our guide were very friendly, knowledge and professional. They brought us a car seat for our baby which was very safe and comfortable for him. Their guidelines were very helpful for our free time to explore.
